Optical fiber sensor for diagnostic applications

Utilizing the optical fiber knowledge accumulated within the Furukawa Electric Group, we developed a pressure sensor as an optical fiber sensor for medical use.
Compared to traditional optical fiber sensors, our sensor is resistant to drift and electrical trouble.
